Enclosed you will find my resume outlining my recent experience within the customer service field. I am interested in obtaining a management position with your company. Over the past seven years I have focused on developing optimization techniques that maximize work processes and efficiency. My qualifications include a position as an Account Manager for a worldwide SCUBA equipment manufacturer as well as Operations Manager for a growing education company. When I took the account management position I was able to continue running the payroll and HR responsibilities with the education company because of the automation and systems that I developed.

During my time as Operations Manager with Tutoriale Center For Education, I maintained all accounting, payroll, scheduling, and state and federal filing requirements. Specifically I transitioned the company from paper ledgers to Quick Book Pro 2010 and implemented a marketing strategy. Further, with the use of online spreadsheet software, I created a scheduling program that allowed employees to access their schedule remotely. Another major accomplishment was recruiting, hiring and team building. I fostered an energetic and academic environment that allowed the team members and front office staff to develop lasting relationships with clients and eachother. With this variety of responsibility, my versatility and adaptability to situations was strengthened.

As an Account Manager for Pinnacle Aquatics/Zeagle Systems, I managed all particulars of accounts with an average $10,000 in daily sales. This included inside sales, processing returns, invoicing, domestic and international shipping and managing inventory. Notably I supervised an order from the Phoenix Police Department helping them acquire over 20 dry suits for their water rescue team. This resulted in over $37,000 dollars in sales. During this time I also gained the reputation with several industry professionals as a liaison to quality when custom orders were required. Situations where I excelled included: private yachts where owners needed a variety of equipment for guests, Fire Departments, military Special Forces, vacation companies and the needs of scientific research firms.
